Fall Marathon Training Program

Once again we are offering our ever popular Fall Marathon Training Program for 2010.

Beginning in early June and ending at your choice, near the end of September, for any fall marathon.

This is a proven marathon plan that has worked exceptionally well. It will be easily adjustable for your schedule. We will teach you everything you need to know to finish your first marathon or to run a personal best. All levels of ability will benefit from this program. Make the commitment and get to finish line!

Leading up to the first week of the training plan you need to be able to run 7-8 miles comfortably. So start now!

Normally, we meet twice a week for specific group workouts.

There will be an informational meeting in early May to get everyone interested signed up. Normally with such a group everyone's schedule and ability is different, depending on the participants we will adjust the schedule individually.

Cost will be $70 for the 16 week program, a lot of goodies and all the support from the coaches.
